TriStruX History
TriStruX is the combination of 4 high quality, experienced companies: Telcom Engineering Group, LLC (aka TEG), Leone Electric Co, LLC (aka LEC), High Point Utilities (aka HPU) and Hess Broadband. These companies built their business over the last 4 decades with integrity, high quality, employee satisfaction and safety as their key focus.
Ownership
After 40 years of entrepreneurial ownership, in December, 2021, the owners of TriStruX sold a majority interest to Huron Capital.
Founded in Detroit in 1999, Huron Capital (“Huron”) is an operationally focused private equity firm with a long history in partnering with middle-market companies. The owners of TEG, LEC and HPU continue to be actively involved in operating the company and maintain minority ownership stakes in the company.
