Our Vision for Sustainable Practices

The future of our industry depends on our collective commitment to sustainable and ecological business practices.

At TriStruX, our dedication to sustainability is our part in making this a reality across the nation. Our approach to sustainability is outlined by the three pillars as defined by the UN World Commission on Environment and Development: people, planet & performance.

OUR PERFORMANCE TO DATE

Fiscal or economic successes are not limited or unattainable by the pursuit of the other two values.

  • Choosing economically sustainable options that reinforce earth-friendly values
  • Improving our landfill diversion ratio and actively recycling job waste from our clients jobsites and decom projects including steel and batteries
  • Creating new improvement metrics such as becoming 90% paper-free in 5 years
  • Improving our office footprint by supplying jobsites from the closest location possible
  • Placing high volume material orders vs. smaller ones to reduce carbon footprint
  • Installing automatic light sensors in all facilities over 5000 sq.ft. to reduce energy consumption

“Our corporate responsibility commitments hold us accountable to a quality service to our clients within a sustainable environment. We recognize integrating sustainability into our operations is good for the planet, our customers and our business. We are building on our current programs to lean into those values with the goal of annual improvement and new sustainable opportunities.”

- RANDALL P. MUENCH, CEO

“Our culture enables us to achieve our vision and mission. We strive for an open, performance-driven, collaborative culture based on integrity, respect and recognition where people enjoy working and are proud to be part of TriStruX.”

- TOM MARLIN, VP OF SAFETY

“Our competencies are behaviors aligned with our strategy, which is focused on driving results, developing people, critical thinking, continual improvement and innovation as well as not settling for good results but striving for excellence.”

- NICHOLAS J. LEONE, VP & CO-FOUNDER
